Rebekah Goldstein, who taught at Brandeis from 2007 to 2010, returned this year, having recently completed her MFA. "I am delighted to be back," she says. She teaches art to grades 2, 3, and 5, as well as a middle school art elective. She holds a BA (with a focus in visual arts) from Sarah Lawrence College, and earned her master's of fine arts from California College of the Arts, with a major in painting.
A practicing artist who has exhibited her work at various Bay Area galleries, Rebekah loves sharing her passion with her students: "I believe making art teaches students how to experiment, take risks, problem solve, and become more observant . . ."
