What is eScrip?
eScrip is a hassle-free, convenient and effective way for schools to raise funds through everyday purchases at popular, frequently visited grocery stores (like Safeway, Mollie Stone’s, Cal Mart and Draegers), local restaurants, and hundreds of online merchants (like Amazon, Apple Store, Nordstrom, Drugstore.com, Barnes and Noble, Gap, Old Navy, Best Buy, and Home Depot)
How does it work?
You don’t need to pre-purchase anything or purchase anything you wouldn’t usually buy. Just register your credit, debit, and grocery cards with eScrip and up to 8% of all of your purchases made at eScrip merchants will be given directly to the Parent Association at Brandeis Hillel Day School. The PA uses these funds to support our community by hosting the annual Book Fair and other events. The PA also directly supports our faculty by providing staff appreciation lunches and teacher gifts.
How do I register?
It’s super easy!
- Log on to eScrip.com and go to “sign up”
- Be sure you designate Brandeis Hillel Day School SF by entering our organization ID numbers: 129495655
- Register your credit, debit, and grocery club cards, and Mollie Stone’s Community Card
Is it eScrip secure?
Absolutely! eScrip has made a firm commitment to protect all customer information and will not license, sell, exchange or distribute any information about you to any third parties that are not directly involved in the eScrip program.
I’m already registered. Do I need to do anything?
Yes! Please update your account. Go to eScrip.com and make sure your current cards are registered. You must renew your Safeway club card each year between September 1 and November 1. If you don’t have your Safeway club card you can contact Safeway at 1-877-723-3929 to retrieve it. Also, if you’re new this year, please be sure you update your account with Brandeis as your designated school.
