Sixth Grade Outdoor Education Trip to Walker Creek Ranch in Marin
Posted May 21, 2012
Beautiful weather and wildflowers framed the wonderful sixth grade expedition to Walker Creek Ranch, a Marin County nature retreat. On the trip, students from both campuses took advantage of the outdoors for hands-on science experiences in a variety of habitats including forest, pond, grasslands and streams. They also examined the ecology, geography and natural history of the area - and of course, learned more about each other and themselves.
