We asked BHDS student athletes of the week - Michael H. (BHDS sixth grade basketball) and SImon Z. (BHDS boys' 7A basketball), to tell us a little about themselves...
What have you achieved this season?
Michael: Being able to box out my man and put the ball back up.
Simon: Lots of steals and assists.
What are your athletic goals?
Michael: To play at least one college sport.
Simon: Beat Stuart Hall!
Most inspirational person in your life and why?
Michael: Jackie Robinson, because a lot of people were mean and discouraging to him and now he has changed America forever on and off the field.
Simon: Michael Jordan, because he was a beast!
