In later grades, the emphasis in team sports shifts towards tactical skills with the majority of each lesson being devoted to playing a game or sport, including swimming. Physical fitness becomes a larger component of each lesson with rigorous strength, flexibility and endurance activities.

Activities include: swimming, hula hoop, soccer, ultimate frisbee, yoga/balance activities, hockey, frisbee, basketball, fitness training, volleyball, badminton, bocce ball.

Running and cardiovascular exercise are important aspects of P.E. and an active lifestyle. All students will be running during every P.E. class as part of the regular curriculum.

During the health, fitness and wellness unit the students participate in laboratory exercises designed to observe the body's response to exercise.
