Our physical education program is designed to encourage students to be physically active and healthy throughout their lives, and to learn a variety of athletic and motor skills.

The curriculum includes a wide variety of games and activities designed to challenge each student and provide them with an opportunity to experience an activity they find interesting, exciting and fun.

Activities include: hula hoop, jump rope, soccer, yoga/balance activities, hockey, frisbee, basketball, fitness training, volleyball, badminton, four square, bocce ball.

Running and cardiovascular exercise are important aspects of P.E. and an active lifestyle. All students will be running during every P.E. class as part of the regular curriculum.

All physical education classes are designed and taught by physical education/kinesiology specialists. The importance of sportsmanship and fair play are consistently reinforced.
